To whom it may concern
I worked with Rebuild Gippsland during my role as Project Manager for the upgrade of a cheese plant at Saputo’s Maffra site in 2019.
The complex project required the demolition of a very low temperature freezer room to be converted to a new packaging room including a sandwich panel ceiling replacement of an adjacent processing room and the construction of a new motor control room building.
During the very constrained shutdown window to complete the renovations several challenging latent condition issues were presented, such as significant additional structural building bracing, freezer heave repairs and ground conditions requiring extensive bored pier foundations.
Rebuild Gippsland were able to adapt rapidly to the challenges presented and completed the scope of work with very minimal impact to the project timeline, which was completed as planned.
The high standards required for working within, and the delivered finishes for a food grade facility were not a problem for Rebuild Gippsland.
I can happily recommend Rebuild Gippsland as a professional Commercial Builder.
